We are excited to welcome two leading Medicaid Health First plans in Colorado, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, a UnitedHealthcare company, and Northeast Health Partners, to our state-wide campaign to reduce loneliness and social isolation and their devastating impact on the mental and physical health of adult Coloradans.
The collaboration will provide selected Medicaid members of these plans with access to Wisdo Health‘s evidence-based peer support and social health platform. The platform has been proven effective in driving statistically and clinically significant reductions in loneliness, depression, and anxiety rates while increasing quality of life and referrals to behavioral health resources. To date, close to 10,000 adults in Colorado have joined the Wisdo platform.
