We are excited to welcome Health Colorado Inc., a Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid program) regional organization, to our state-wide campaign to reduce loneliness and social isolation and their devastating impact on the mental and physical health of adult Coloradans.
The collaboration will provide Health Colorado members with access to Wisdo Health‘s evidence-based peer support and social health platform. The platform has been proven effective in driving statistically and clinically significant reductions in loneliness, depression, and anxiety rates while increasing quality of life and referrals to behavioral health resources. To date, over 13,000 adults in Colorado have joined the Wisdo platform.
